Refund policy

Refund:

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after
have received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.
Never worn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need
your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:
52 Thomas More street, E1W 1YJ, London, UK.

The return and any customs or other costs will all be at your expense.

The Soul Maker Ltdcompany does not assume, in the most absolute manner, any responsibility for problems relating to the entire return process and therefore no type of refund or replacement of the object or objects in question will be issued.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems:

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
